We understand that your conveyance is about more than just bricks and mortar and that we are dealing in most cases with the most valuable and important asset in your financial portfolio and keeping you fully informed every step of the transaction is what we will provide.

Our Fees

For a purchase of residential house, land or unit $975.00 (plus GST). Search fees are calculated by the searches that you select to have us complete on your behalf and that may be required by any lending authority you are dealing with. These search fees are charged to you at the rate that is charged to us. We do not mark up search fees.

For a sale of residential house, land or unit $725.00 (plus GST)

Lawyer Supervised

All conveyancing matters handled by us are fully supervised by a lawyer. Additionally, we will gladly assist you if prior to starting the conveyancing process you require the assistance and advice on complex issues that may arise in the process of negotiating the terms of your sale.
